Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 sq. chocolate
1/2 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. grated zucchini

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Stir in sugar, oil, vanilla, zucchini, almond extract and melted chocolate. Spoon in dry ingredients, nuts and dates.
Bake in a tube pan at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
