Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up, or 6 to 8 chicken breasts
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 cans water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Coat chicken with salt, pepper and flour mixture.
    In a Dutch Oven or large deep pan put enough oil to brown the chicken. Remove chicken and drain oil from pan.
    Put rice, mushroom soup, water, and salt and pepper, if desired, in the same pan.
    Arrange chicken on top of rice mixture-cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until rice is tender.
