Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil (Wesson)
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. chopped apples
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream oil, eggs and sugar together.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and vanilla.
    Then add chopped apples and nuts.
    Stir by hand.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Bake in Bundt pan.
