Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. diced, cooked pork or ham
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. finely sliced lettuce
    1/2 c. chopped celery with leaves
    1/2 c. shaved carrots
Preparation
    Beat egg well and scramble in large hot greased skillet or wok.
    Break egg into pieces.
    Add pork/ham and rice.
    Stir-fry 5 minutes.
    Add soy sauce and vegetables.
    Stir-fry several minutes and serve hot.
    Makes approximately 4 to 6 servings.
