Olaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cold water
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. freshly grated lemon peel
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites, beaten

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in water, yolks and lemon peel.
Work in salt and flour with hands to form smooth dough.
Wrap in wax paper.
Chill.
