Special Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
juice and rind from 1 lemon
juice and rind from 1 orange
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple chunks
angel food cake
Cool Whip

Preparation

Cook first four ingredients in double boiler until thick.
Add drained oranges and pineapple.
Serve over cake and top with Cool Whip.
