Microwave Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 quartered potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) cup sour cream
    salt
    pepper
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Peel,
    wash
    and
    quarter potatoes.
    Place in two quart casserole dish, with 1/2 cup water.
    Cover with lid; microwave on High for 9 minutes.
    Gently stir potatoes.\tMicrowave for 9 more minutes.
    Drain water.
    Melt butter over potatoes.\tSalt and pepper.
