Cream Of Anything Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. flour
2 cans evaporated milk
1 to 2 c. chopped meat or vegetables
2 to 3 c. chicken or beef broth
Preparation

Make a roux of butter and flour, add milk and make a thick white sauce.
If cheese is wanted, add it here and whisk to melt. Mix in meat or vegetables and stir until smooth.
Add broth and season to taste.
I make broccoli soup out of this or cauliflower soup.
