Chocolate Chip Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
    3/4 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 2 regular loaf pans.
    Mix flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
    In a large mixer bowl at medium speed, beat sugar, oil and eggs until blended.
    Add bananas and beat until blended.
    At low speed beat in flour mixture just until blended.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Pour into loaf pans. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Remove from pans and cool.
    No adjustments needed for high altitude.
