Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk or broth
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. diced cooked chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place bread crumbs and margarine in a large bowl.
    Add milk or broth that has been scalded and beaten until creamy.
    Add onions and celery.
    Add a few spoonfuls of hot mixture to eggs.
    Mix and combine with mixture in bowl.
    Add chicken and seasonings and pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until firm.
    Let stand a few minutes, unmold and serve hot with a gravy made of chicken broth.
