Mini White Castles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. Pepperidge Farm miniature dinner rolls
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can corned beef
Preparation
    Mix together and refrigerate the sour cream, soup mix and corned beef.
    When ready to serve, place a dollop of beef mixture in the middle of the roll.
    Add a sliced dill pickle and add top of roll. Microwave for only a couple of minutes. Serve hot.
