Cheddar Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. dill weed
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar.
    Cut in butter until crumbled; stir in the cheese and dill.
    In another bowl, beat egg and milk; pour into dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
    Batter will be very thick.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until the bread tests done.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to rack to cool.
