Garden Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 c. broccoli pieces
    2 c. cauliflower pieces
    1/4 c. Italian dressing
    1 medium cucumber, sliced
    3 green onions, sliced
    1 tsp. snipped basil leaves
    6 radishes, thinly sliced and added just before serving
Preparation
    Combine carrots and water in a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole.
    Cover with lid.
    Microwave on High for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
    Add broccoli and cauliflower.
    Cover and microwave on High for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes.
    Uncover and cool slightly.
    Drain juice into Italian dressing.
    Mix well.
    Combine all together. Mix lightly.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
    Add radishes just before serving.
