Ritzy Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli or 1 head fresh
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten well
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in water 5 minutes; drain well.
    Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise and diced cheese; mix well.
    Add broccoli and pour into baking dish (cake pan).
    Sprinkle on cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
