Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. red potatoes
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
2 large onions, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 c. Miracle Whip
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
2 Tbsp. sugar or use artificial sweetener
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Cook potatoes with the skins on until done but not soft.
Peel and dice potatoes and mix with eggs, onions and celery.
Mix remaining ingredients together and add to prepared vegetables.
