Enchiladas - cooking recipe

1 lb. hamburger meat, browned and well drained
12 flour tortillas
1 can refried beans
2 cans enchilada sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
8 oz. each mild Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation

Combine enchilada sauce and diced tomatoes. Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan just to cover bottom. On each flour tortilla spread spoonful of refried beans, top with spoonful of meat and sprinkle with a little of each cheese. Roll up and place in pan. Pour remainder of sauce and tomatoes over all rolled up tortillas. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cover with cheeses. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
