Lava Rocks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 potatoes
1 large onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. uncooked hamburger meat
1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation

Dice and layer potatoes in bottom of pan.
Dice thin layer of the onion and place on top of the potatoes.
Cover with seasoning (optional).
Cover with uncooked rice.
Crumble uncooked hamburger meat and cover the potatoes, onion and rice mixture.
Pat down evenly.
Add 1 can of Ranch Style beans and cover with tomato sauce.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
