Potato-Corn Flake Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. oleo, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. grated American cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Over heat combine soup, cheese, sour cream, salt and onion until well blended.
Add potatoes and coat with mixture.
Place mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Combine corn flakes with melted oleo and top mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
