Oreo Cookie Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 Oreo cookies
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 egg
    few drops almond flavoring
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Crush Oreos.
    Line a 9-inch pan with most of the crushed cookies (save some for topping). Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add egg; cream again. Add almond flavoring. Spread this mixture on crumbs.
    Whip the cream with sugar.
    Add vanilla and chopped pecans. Fold until well blended. Spread this on first mixture. Cover with rest of crushed cookies.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
