Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. corn
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 c. cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. hot pepper flakes
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
