Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. green bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chopped celery
    1 cloves (toe) garlic
    1 c. chopped onion (green)
    parsley according to taste
    1 lb. crayfish tails, crabmeat or shrimp
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute bell pepper, onion, celery, garlic, onion and parsley in margarine until translucent.
    Add crayfish, crabmeat or shrimp; cook 5 minutes.
    Add mushrooms, soup, rice and sour cream.
    Mix well.
    Pour in greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Add cheeses on top last 15 minutes of baking.
