Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. scallops
    1/2 onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    1 c. French-style string beans
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil scallops 4 minutes; drain.
    Saute onion in butter; add soup, milk and cheese.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Place scallops in bottom of casserole, then string beans.
    Add soup mix, sprinkle bread crumbs and 2 teaspoons butter on top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
