Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 to 1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 to 1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add eggs, oil, vanilla, yogurt and milk.
Add milk and yogurt until desired consistency.
Makes 10 to 15.
