Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pink salmon
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten (or Egg Beaters)
1/2 c. milk (or nonfat Carnation milk)
1 tsp. salt (can be omitted)
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. melted butter or soft margarine
Preparation

Combine ingredients in order given.
Pack firmly into buttered loaf pan (I use Pam spray) and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 to 40 minutes.
Turn out onto platter and garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs and sliced peppers.
Serves 6 to 8.
