Good Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. corn meal
1 egg
1/2 stick margarine
buttermilk

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients, then add enough buttermilk to make creamy.
Pour into greased iron skillet and cook at 450\u00b0 until done.
