Spice Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. marmalade
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 to 3/4 c. currants
    1/2 c. margarine
    milk and sugar for glaze
Preparation
    Put warm milk and yeast in bowl with fat and sugar.
    Beat well.
    Sift flour, spices and salt.
    Add to yeast mixture.
    Beat well.
    Add marmalade and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Put into a warm place to rise.
    Punch down and put into bread pan or make into rolls. Let rise again.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
