Gingerbread Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box brown sugar
    1 1/2 sticks oleo (3/4 c. minus 2 Tbsp. oil)
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, oleo and flour thoroughly. Save 1 cup for topping. To remaining mixture, add all other ingredients. Mix until damp. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased pan and sprinkle dry mixture on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cool slightly and serve. Serves 12.
