5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef
    2 onions, chopped
    4 potatoes, quartered
    1 bunch carrots, quartered
    1 c. celery, sliced
    2 large can tomatoes, undrained (1 pt.)
    garlic to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Put in covered roasting pan or cast-iron Dutch oven.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
