Mustardy Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash chicken breasts; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Mix eggs and mustard together in small bowl.
    In separate bowl, combine cheese and flour; mix well.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture, then roll in cheese mixture until evenly coated.
    Lay chicken on waxed paper or foil for 10 minutes to allow coating to set.
    Saute chicken on both sides in hot oil for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
