Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. diced, cooked pork, shrimp or chicken
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until golden.
    Add egg and scramble mixture.
    Stir in rice, soy sauce and diced meat. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Serves four.
