Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chickens, cut up (2 1/2 to 3 lb. each)
3 to 4 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Wash and dry chicken.
Make bread crumbs in blender (day old white bread without crust).
Mix crumbs, cheese, salt and parsley. Spread mixture in shallow pan.
Melt butter.
Add garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Let cool.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then roll in crumbs. Pat on coating with hands.
Place chicken on large shallow baking sheet. Drizzle remainder of butter over chicken.
Bake until golden brown, 1 to 1 1/4 hours, basting once or twice.
