Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 medium size onion
1 can tomatoes
1/4 to 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can kidney beans
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Cook onion in 1 or 2 tablespoons oil until turns clear; some will brown.
Put meat into onion and cook until meat is done. Drain. Add tomatoes, rice, beans, salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder.
If seems a little dry, add a cup of water or as much water as needed for simmering.
Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
