Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sugar
3/4 c. instant coffee
4 c. vodka or 1 fifth
2 c. water
vanilla bean

Preparation

Dissolve coffee in 1/2 cup water.
Add to hot sugar water; bring to a boil.
Put vanilla bean and vodka in milk jug and add sugar mixture.
Set in fridge to age for a couple weeks.
