Ingredients
    1 large chicken, cut up
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 c. corn flake crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash and clean chicken.
    Dip each piece of chicken into evaporated milk, then thoroughly coat with corn flake crumbs.
    Put on cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven until done, approximately 1 hour.
