Waving Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 red snapper fillets
    2 to 4 cloves crushed garlic
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
    1/4 bunch chopped dill, basil or cilantro
    4 tsp. butter, sliced into thin pats
    1/4 bunch chopped parsley
    1/2 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    In a microwave-safe baking dish with a lid, lay snapper flat and cover with all the ingredients; place pats of butter on each fillet.
    Cover and microwave 2 to 8 minutes, according to power of microwave.
