Aunt Hortie'S Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 stick butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook the sugar, milk and butter to rolling boil. Cook 5 more minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add the chocolate chips and vanilla.
Beat until melted.
Pour into buttered 9 x 12-inch pan.
