Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh blue crabmeat
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. thin cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet.
Stir in flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
Stir until smooth.
Slowly add cream and cook low until smooth.
Gradually add cheese and Worcestershire sauce; stir until cheese is melted.
Add crabmeat.
Place mixture in a greased baking dish and cover with crumbs.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
