Ingredients

3 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip whipped topping
2 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Preparation

Mix milk with pudding; set aside.
Crush Oreo cookies real fine and divide into two parts.
Add cream cheese and Cool Whip to pudding and beat 2 minutes.
Place 1/2 of crushed cookies into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Add whipped mixture and place remaining crushed cookies on top.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
