Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine or butter
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 lb. powdered sugar
    1 c. cocoa powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts or more
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese together over very low heat, stirring often.
    Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa.
    Pour butter and cheese mixture over dry ingredients and beat well with a heavy-duty mixer.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into buttered 10 x 15-inch pan and refrigerate.
    Makes 5 pounds.
