Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sake
1 Tbsp. grated, fresh ginger or 1 tsp. grated ginger
1 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate
Preparation

Have butcher cut chicken breasts, thighs or wings or a combination across the bone.
Marinate in teriyaki sauce for at least 1 hour.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until almost all liquid has cooked away, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
This sauce can be used for pork or beef.
