Fruit Cocktail Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. well drained fruit cocktail
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugars.
Add eggs; beat well.
Add fruit cocktail, raisins and nuts.
Add sifted dry ingredients.
Mix. Drop by spoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done and very lightly browned.
