Easy Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. fried boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut up
1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
2 medium stalks celery, sliced
Preparation
-
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Toss with chicken, almonds and celery.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Serve on salad greens.
