Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley flakes
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 toasted and chopped in blender ends of bread (crust)
Preparation
    Mix altogether; fry in 3 tablespoons of margarine in frying pan.
    Makes 6 to 9 patties.
