White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour mixed with seasonings.
    Stir until well blended.
    Pour on milk gradually, while stirring constantly. Bring to boiling point.
    Boil for 2 minutes.
    Yield:
    2/3 cup sauce.
    Temperature:
    Boiling.
    Time:
    2 minutes.
