Tu Tu'S Cabbage(Hawaiian For Grandmother) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
    melted butter
Preparation
    Remove center of cabbage;
    fill with ground beef, mixed with onion,
    salt
    and pepper.
    Tie cabbage in cheesecloth and almost cover
    with
    water.
    Add bay leaf.
    Simmer about 1 hour or until done.
    Serve with melted butter.
