Scalloped Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh scallops, cut in pieces size of large grape
Ritz cracker crumbs
Heavy cream
sherry
salt and pepper
Preparation

In a shallow buttered baking dish, arrange fresh scallops in pieces about the size of a large grape and no deeper than 1 1/2 inches.
Over these sprinkle cracker crumbs of the round butter kind, Ritz or Crax, lightly buttered also, and work into the scallops, not too many crumbs.
