Broccoli Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can chicken broth
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    Dice cream cheese; soften.
    Cook broccoli according to directions.
    Drain; add cream cheese.
    In a saucepan, pour 1/2 can chicken broth and sprinkle gelatin over it.
    Heat until dissolved; stir in broccoli, mayonnaise, eggs, Tabasco and remaining 1/2 can chicken broth.
    Refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until partially thickened.
    Turn into 6 cup mold and chill until set. Serve with Sour Cream Dressing.
