Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 stick margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
3 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Add topping and bake at 350\u00b0 until crust is brown.
