Spicy Orange Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can frozen orange juice
    1/4 c. ketchup
    3 medium cloves garlic
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 broiler fryer chickens, cut up (3 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Combine water, onion, orange juice, ketchup, garlic, cinnamon, Tabasco sauce and salt and mix well.
    Place chicken in large shallow baking dish.
    Pour marinade mix over chicken.
    Cover. Chill for 4 to 6 hours.
    Turn chicken occasionally.
    Remove chicken from marinade.
    Grill chicken until tender and juicy. Baste while grilling.
