Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 small cans tomato sauce
2 small cans tomato paste
2 small (paste) cans water
3 lb. shredded cheese (Provolone or Mozzarella)
oregano to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onion and oregano.
Drain fat from meat.
Add sauce, paste and water.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cook noodles; drain.
Layer in lasagna pan noodles, sauce and shredded cheese.
Repeat, ending with cheese (3 layers).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese melts and starts to bubble.
Remove from oven and let set for a while before cutting.
